Maryana is the founder of Residential Plannings, bringing together expertise in architecture, drafting, town planning, and residential development.
Her career began in the design and construction industry, where she gained hands-on experience preparing architectural drawings, coordinating residential projects, and assisting clients through the planning and design process. In 2018, she joined a private consultancy, further developing her skills in drafting and town planning while working closely with homeowners, builders, architects, and consultants on a wide range of residential developments.
Alongside her private sector experience, Maryana worked within local government, gaining valuable insight into council processes, development assessment, planning controls, and regulatory requirements. This combination of private and public sector experience enables her to provide practical advice and clear guidance to clients navigating the planning and approval process.
Maryana's passion for architecture, town planning, interior design, and residential construction inspired her to establish Residential Plannings. Her mission is to simplify the development journey for homeowners and property investors by providing expert advice, strategic planning solutions, and a clear pathway from concept to approval.
Academically, Maryana holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Adelaide and a Diploma of Interior Design from TAFE. Through Residential Plannings, she continues to help clients unlock the potential of their properties while delivering practical, compliant, and well-designed outcomes across New South Wales.
